Orders are shipped every Tuesday or Wednesday. You must wait 5 to 8 days before your order is shipped (excluding weekends and public holidays).

 

Our shipping service is via post with standard delivery + tracking: 1-4 working days to France (Excluding Sundays and public holidays) for a cost of €4.99.

Via Mondial Relay or Parcel Relay for an amount of €4.28 (only for France).

 

For all other destinations, this deadline may vary depending on the region, it will be specified to you when purchasing (example: United States = €31.60, EU = €14.25).

Exchanges are now accepted.

Returns are accepted in the form of credit only.

 

Transparency is important to us; In each item listing there are detailed descriptions specific to each garment. Please be sure to read item descriptions before ordering.

Cancellation of an order is possible if it has not yet been shipped, to do so you must send an email via our "Contact us" section with your order number in the subject line.

 

Return with refund in the form of credit on the site is possible up to 14 days after receipt of your item(s), if the size does not correspond to you, you will therefore have to keep the garment with its labels and tags. 'ship in good quality and secure packaging. The price of the return will be your responsibility, once returned and received at our premises, you will automatically receive your credit for the amount of your order excluding delivery costs, valid indefinitely.

It is impossible to return an item of underwear including panties (e.g. lingerie set, bodysuit, etc.) as well as promotional products.

 

Angelz Tribe is not responsible for the loss or theft of your return package.

If your return is lost or never arrived at our premises, you will need to contact your carrier and open a claim.

Your order will not be refunded by Angelz Tribe.

Please indicate in advance the correct information provided by Angelz Tribe and include a telephone number and an email so that we can follow your return in real time.

 

Please note that natural signs of wear are normal for vintage pieces. We believe this is what makes vintage clothing so special and pure, each garment has its own story. All items handpicked by Angelz Tribe are carefully inspected and sometimes reworked into high quality pieces.
